Abstract

The purpose of this study was to streamline management cost Taman Suroboyo public facilities by making wells at RT 03 RW 02 Kelurahan Kedung Cowek Surabaya . The techniques of data collection that is used is to conduct a field study whether conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation and study of literature to support the problems studied by the author. The analitycal method used is the analysis of variance which in this studied by the author compare the income and outcome for Taman Suroboyo public facilities. From this studied by the author that difference between income and outcome cost more amount at outcome cost side. By making wells is a solution for streamline management cost and make outcome cost reduced.
