MENGHIDUPKAN PERTUMBUHAN BISNIS PARA PKL (PENJUAL KAKI LIMA) DI SENTRA WISATA KULINER KAPAS KRAMPUNG MELALUI STRATEGI EVENT

Abstract

Cadgers in Indonesia become the common thing in public, it happens because there are so little jobs that this people can do or get accepted except this job. Cadgers in Indonesia located in every side walk of the road for example at Kapas Krampung, Surabaya. There are so many problems caused by this cadgers that made traffic jam and annoyed road users. One of many solutions that government give to solve the traffic jam problem because of cadgers is relocated this cadgers into another place that government have provided so the city can be more neat. Kapas Krampung Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya is a way out of government’s problem. Culinary tourism center is a place for cadgers to sell any kind of food and drink. In our community service especially dedicated for Kapas Krampung Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya our team from Darma Cendika Catholic University (UKDC) give suggestions and accompaniment for the manager of culinary tourism center for renting the place for free by following the steps or procedure that have set, so that can increase visitors number, sales, and income for cadgers.
