Community empowerment was carried out to make the community strong and independent. The goal of this KKN-PPM was to increase the economic and tourism potential of the Kresek Village community. The existing potential that was not yet optimal needed to be increased in order to improve the economic welfare and social life of the community. The implementation method was carried out by counseling, lectures, discussions, exposure through film shows, tourism marketing training based on information technology (instagram), training on making tourist souvenirs, training on making oyster mushroom shreds, packaging training, and selling price determination on oyster mushroom shreds, marketing training based on information technology for the home industry, namely crackers puli/plate, bitter melon chips, and shredded oyster mushrooms, and bookkeeping training and assistance. The outputs of this KKN-PPM were the existence of (1) tourist souvenir products from bamboo, (2) promotional methods in the form of instagram about nature tourism, history tourism, and culinary tourism in Kresek Village, (3) diversified products from oyster mushroom farming, (4) methods of making shredded oyster mushrooms, (5) method of determining the price of shredded mushroom products and their packaging, (6) increased knowledge of bookkeeping and (7) correct determination of home industry selling prices in Kresek Village. The results of this community service activity provided increased knowledge and skills in the fields of tourism, economics and information technology.
