Positive socio-emotional development makes it easier for children to get along with each other and learn better also in other activities in the social environment. However, if there is a conflict and the child is unable to overcome the conflict with his socio-emotional development, the child will have difficulty adjusting, anxiety arises, and even does not want to go to school. Therefore, it is important for PAUD teachers to be equipped with knowledge about the socio-emotional development of early childhood so that teachers can quickly identify children's socio-emotional development that is not yet optimal. The outputs of this mentoring activity are: (1) increasing teachers' understanding of the socio-emotional development of early childhood, (2) teachers recognizing problems related to socio-emotional development and how to solve them, (3) socializing the socio-emotional development module for children early age. The object of this activity was the women of the Dasa Wisma Delima RT group. 36 RW. 09 Mojorejo Village, Taman Kota Madiun Subdistrict, using training methods (seminars and workshops) and mentoring. The first applied science and technology is the introduction of entrepreneurship to explore and develop the potential of mothers for entrepreneurship through seminars and workshops and then women are given training in pecel sauce production techniques, financial management, and marketing management. The implementation method is carried out by direct survey of respondents using questionnaire instruments and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The mapping results found that 69% of the business types of 209 MSEs surveyed were trading businesses and the majority of the capital used was own capital (96%). Judging from the largest number of workers MSEs have a workforce of 1-2 people, and the problems faced are the problem of marketing reach, competition, access to capital, and human resources. This mapping activity has limitations, namely MSEs mapping is only done in 3 sub-districts while other sub-districts have not been involved, so it is recommended for further research can be done mapping in other sub-districts in Magetan Regency which also have MSEs that can be developed. With the results of MSEs mapping owned by mompreneur in the 3 sub-districts, it can be an input for the Office of “Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPKBPPPA) Kabupaten Magetan” in developing an economic empowerment program for self-employed women in in the local area. Engineering study program plays a very important role in the development and development of information technology today. The use of technology in Indonesia is considered very inattentive, digital literacy is lacking in its application, so the use of technology is not yet at a productive stage. Especially in the field of education, during this pandemic, teachers and students had great difficulty in carrying out the teaching and learning process in schools, 100% face-to-face class was practically impossible due to unfavorable conditions. E-learning is the main choice in situations like this, preparation and means of learning E-learning in schools. In this activity, activities that support the online learning system will be carried out. Natural handsanitizer from red betel leaves can provide a solution related to the dangers posed by handsanitizers used alcohol because red betel leaves contain essential oils. In addition, red betel leaves have antibacterial activity which is usually caused by bacterial infections such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus auerus. This community service program aims to provide natural and practical solutions to protect hands from germs when soap and water are not available. In addition, it also provides optimization of the benefits of red betel leaf in making handsanitizer as an antibacterial agent. This activity was held in the community of RT.2 RW.9 Kepolorejo, Magetan. Training on making handsanitizers using natural antiseptic red betel leaves which is very easy and inexpensive can increased people's interest in reaching out. The method used in this mentoring activity is the practice and discussion of high school math competition questions with the online system. Coaching is done using a zoom platform that has been prepared by the coach for 90 minutes for one time coaching. The benefit of this mentoring is that students are able to understand how to solve various models of competition problems. The result of KSN preparation assistance activities in mathematics is the improvement of the ability to solve KSN problems, especially the field of combinatorics, number theory, geometry, and algebra. This can be seen from the results of problem solving by students who were accepted during coaching. In addition, the results of the training are also seen from the results of the city-level selection test in 2021, out of 5 students sent there are 3 students participating in the competition online with good results even though the results are still in the waiting process. The partner in this service is Mucoffe Madiun which is located on Jalan Salak. The participants of this training are 10 Madiun teenagers who attend SMAN 5 Madiun, MAN 2 Madiun, and study in the city of Ponorogo. The training is held for ten meetings every Tuesday at 15.00-17.00. The result of this training is the publication of training participants in the Radar Madiun Mass Media in 2020. The follow-up to this service is planning for short story writing training after the pandemic ends. In order to support the activities of the Healthy City Program, Biology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya, Madiun City Campus, conduct community service activities. This community service activity in collaboration with Kalurahan Mojorejo through K3S Mojorejo conducts training activities to make candy from aloe vera material. The event was held in Kalurahan Mojorejo, Madiun. The result of the activity is the trainees gain knowledge and insight about the cultivation of aloe vera plants and their benefits as food ingredients, the trainees have been able and skilled in the manufacture of sweets from aloe vera and further training programs still need to be done in the future.
